We were wheel-y excited to be asked to help Ned with his social media during his Bikeology tour of the UK. The core focus of the work was to generate followers and increase engagement, whilst secondarily encouraging ticket sales across the UK. Ned’s team briefed Boom to get across the personality of his event to a new audience, whilst boosting his profile amongst his core following of cyclists.
Boom are experts in creating and taking over social media accounts and implementing digital PR strategies to cultivate a loyal following.
With a number of keen cyclists in the team, Boom knew that the cycling community were not only knowledgeable and tribal in their following of the sport, but they were also incredibly passionate about it too. This gave Boom the perfect opportunity to create new content and opportunities to engage with Ned’s existing fan base and also with a new army of cyclists picking up the sport following years of Team GB success at the Olympics.
